Rainier Chapter House Wedding | Jackson & Molly
“I have always considered marriage as the most interesting event of one’s life, the foundation of happiness…”
-George Washington
I have been looking forward to Jackson and Molly’s Rainier Chapter House wedding (a branch of the Daughters of the American Revolution) since their engagement last fall. These two are so light, happy, bright and exude true joy. The wedding day could not have been more of a perfect representation of that love. From the moment I walked into the venue, joy was in the air. I loved the time with the bride and bridesmaids as they prepared their vintage styled dresses. It was really special to see Jackson and Molly try to hold in their tears (and laughter) during their personal vows after not seeing each other until they walked down the aisle. The groom’s brother brought the house down with a toast for the ages (seriously, I just finished a how to give a toast blog and he basically just exemplified how to do it perfectly). Then the sunset exploded with the most brilliant orange sunset and DJ Headsmile kept everyone dancing well into the night.
But, my favorite moment of the day was following Jackson and Molly out of the ceremony and back into the bridal suite. There is nothing to describe the pure joy and love that they shared with one glance and a huge hug of “oh my, this is real.” It was a day that left everyone with a smile on their faces.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this day a success at the Ranier Chapter House, Wishes! Wedding Coordination, DJ Headsmile, A Grand Affaire Catering, OffWhite Makeup, Contemporary Floral, ice cream from Frankie and Jo’s and 2nd photography by Sonja Lyon. This was such a beautiful day. I can’t wait to share more images soon!
