There are many things that come to mind when I think about Keshia and Tony’s 4th of July Dairyland Wedding, but the one that that will forever stand out Watch Me by Silento. The song and music video had just dropped a few days earlier and was blowing up. I think I heard it 11 times over the course of the day. It was the theme song to the party that went hard from when the sun was high in the sky until well after the fireworks had stopped for the night.
We pulled up to the hotel and both the grooms room and the bride’s were bumping the tunes. It was going to be a real celebration.
I loved how carefully (and nervously) Tony wrote his vows. He put so much time and effort into making sure they were prefect and it was really incredible to see his community surround, support and help him find just the right words. So, naturally they had some whiskey to celebrate.
I love the mother-daughter getting ready moments because in the midst of chaos, it’s a simple example of peace and long lasting relationships.
Yea, we all cried watching their 1st look.
Again, cue Watch Me.
Not a bad looking group of humans.
After their sentimental ceremony, it was time to kick off the party!
As the wedding party entered, everyone had their own intro dance. Keshia and Tony had practiced their “evolution of the relationship” to perfection and went step by step from how they met until the wedding day.
I love Dairyland for this room. It’s always so bright, beautiful and just brings out a joyous feel.
Good parent toasts are hard to come by. But, both Keshia’s dad and Tony’s mom brought the house down with the perfect mix of roast and toast.
Does it get any more beautiful than sunset let in Seattle in the summer?
Thank you again to this wonderful couple and the incredible families and friends that were a part of the day. It was something special.
