Hyatt Regency Lake Washington Wedding | Jay & Monica

Jay and Monica’s Hyatt Regency Lake Washington elopement could not have been more perfectly intimate. Surrounded by just their families, they tied the knot and set off on their next adventure. It really was a joy to see the way that Jay continued to look at Monica all day, so enthralled and excited for them to start their new adventures together.

There is something really special about a wedding that happens in a hotel room. There are a million that happen with big parties, but when the couple is related to everyone present, it’s a special honor to get to make the photos. I loved this opportunity to make photos of the ceremony, telling the stories in the room. But, then to get to go out and make family photos in the beautiful autumn light. The day on Lake Washington at the Hyatt Regency couldn’t have been better.
