It’s winter in Seattle and these Discovery Park engagement photos are just what you’d expect. But, Darren and Sara were up for anything. It was a blast to wander the woods of the park, talk about skiing, laugh hard and enjoy the day.
This engagement was one of my first shoots using a new medium format camera. The two photos above were taken using the Mamiya RZ67 using Kodak Tri-X 400 film. I am in love with the timelessness of those photos.
The photo below is another one with the Mamiya RZ67. I love this photo so much because it looks like it could have been made in 1920 or 2018. It just feels so timeless.
