COVID Policies
This is far from the thing we want to be talking about. I want your wedding to happen as planned. Together we are going to do all we can to plan your wedding and elopement days to be safe for everyone involved.
I am very COVID conscious. I promise that I do a I can to keep myself free from the virus. That includes COVID tests surrounding weddings or elopements outside the Seattle area.
Date change rules
If your wedding or elopement day changes, I will change to the new date without charge. If the date is available, we will simply sign a date change addendum and be all set.
The only exception is if the new wedding date is a Saturday in July, August or September. If that is the desired new date, there is a minimum package of a full day wedding or elopement. Small wedding packages are not available on those days.
If the new date is unavailable, we will discuss options. We will either opt for am associate photographer who will attend the wedding. They will then turn over all images to Joe Tobiason for editing and delivery. The other option is to dissolve the contract. In this case, the original date reservation fee is good and will be retained by JTobiason Photography.
Wedding cancellation rules
If for whatever reason, the wedding is cancelled permanently, the contract will be voided and the original date reservation fee will be retained by JTobiason Photography.
Contingencies
If for any reason, Joe cannot photograph the event, he will find an associate photographer to photograph in his place at his own cost. Joe will provide that photographer with all necessary information to make photos on the wedding or elopement day.
If during the course of a wedding or elopement, Joe or anyone else connected to JTobiason Photography becomes reasonably uncomfortable with the safety measures (all rules outlined by local jurisdictions), they have the right to remove themselves from that space. Clients and staff will be notified. A safe plan of action will be sought, but if none can be found, all JTobiason Photography team members have the right to remove themselves from the event.
