Ann and Ethan had their first date EXACTLY 4 years ago and though their Palace Ballroom wedding didn’t include bowling, a movie, and walks and putt putt (yes, that was all within one date), it did mimic the original in a full day of wandering around the city and truly reveling in the love they have for each other. It was such a joy to spend the day with Ethan and Ann. I love getting to move your way through a day with a couple, starting with the joys of seeing each other, through the chaos of the city (and the innumerable “congratulations” you get walking around in a wedding dress) and then finishing the night in a pedicab speeding off into your new life together. It was just a perfect vision of the care and joy that these two have in living life together and making it their own.
I can’t thank Ann and Ethan enough for letting me be a part of this wonderful day. I also want to give a huge shout out to the teams at Prive Events, Tom Douglas Catering, The Palace Ballroom, Chalk Boss, Pederson’s Event Rentals, Salon Maison, Althauser Design, Vintage Ambiance, Baked, Blue Wave Band, Seattle String Duo, Tribe Pedicab and the amazing Sonja Lyon for being the 2nd photographer. I can’t wait to share more soon!
