As a Seattle Wedding Photographer, we try to have a engagement sessions with just about every couple we photograph their wedding. It really gives us a chance to get to know them in a relaxed setting, which makes the wedding day run so smoothly. Also, we get to make really fun images with fantastic humans.
Justin and Susie picked a perfect January evening to start off 2014.
Just a little UW magic with Brooke and Nick.
Pike’s Place was perfect to show how still Jo and Melissa could stand still.
I’ll go back wine tasting with Kelsey and Greg just about anytime!
As winter 2014 was the season for wet engagements, Pat and Alicia really turned up the heat. I have never been so wet during a shoot as this one, but it was totally worth it!
In case you’re wondering, Nils really is that much taller than Francesca.
I love working with people who are so in love, I have nothing to do. Erin and Dylan just stole the show!
While Erika walked the dogs, Paul and Keisha laughed around the beach (and somehow got over Gonzaga/Pepperdine and firefighter/police rivalries).
Katie and Michelle picked the most beautiful day and amazingly spectacular view. Look, I can see Canada from here.
Kyle and Mikaela decided to exemplify all that the PNW has to offer in one shoot.
Yea Uriah and Marylynn. These two smiled almost too much.
For Devan and Davis, they bleed purple and Gold. Emily and Nick were broke my lens with passion. Jess and Ronan took the fall in stride. Brian and Emily got just a little sun in practice for their 2015 Hawaii wedding.
Today on the JTobiason.com blog, the awesome engagement session for Davis and Devan. They’re adorable! A photo posted by Joe Tobiason (@jtobiason) on
And as the last engagement of the year, Drew and Kirsti made Seattle look beautiful.
Thank you to everyone. I’m sorry if I forgot any other couples. This year was special, let’s do it again.
